Post-Hoc test and Bonferonni correction on CI

I'm using Jasp 0.18.3. I did repeated measures ANOVA and when I do the post-hoc tests with Holm correction this note appears on the bottom of the post-hoc comparisons table. I don't understand why the confidence intervals are corrected with Bonferonni when I selected the Holm correction. Do you know why it happens and how the Bonferroni correction is applied to the confidence intervals?

  • Hi @Emilie_V ,

The option refers to the p-values only. Unfortunately CI's can only be corrected using the Bonferroni method in RM ANOVA - this is also a limitation in R, as far as I know. I did just update the helpfiles in the analysis to make this more clear.

    Cheers,

    Johnny
