Trouble downloading file from Mindprobe

Hello,

I am having trouble downloading / converting my results of the tasks I created a task on OpenSesame, which is uploaded on JATOS/Mindprobe.

When I download the JATOS Archive Results and try to convert using OpenSesame it says "file is not utf-8 encoded". I saw some other forum discussions that this may be because the task was not created using the latest OpenSesame version. However, I already finished data collection. Is there any way that I can salvage my results?

EDIT: I was able to resolve this by converting my results file using the new and updated OpenSesame. To summarise, I created a task using the old OpenSesame version (3.something) and ran them on Mindprobe. I downloaded the results as JATOS Archive and convert them using the new updated OpenSesame (4.0) and it worked! I thought I'd leave this in case anyone has a similar problem as me...
