Standardized Residual Covariance Matrix

Hi All,

I'm currently shifting over teaching my SEM course from AMOS to lavaan-based software, and I think that JASP is going to be exactly the thing I need. TY JASP developers!!

My question has to do with the Standardized Residual Covariance Matrix. In AMOS, these values could be interpreted as z-scores which I found very helpful.

I know that if I'm running lavaan from within R, I can use "residuals(fit, type = "normalized")." Is there something similar that I can run from within JASP itself?

Thanks so much in advance!

Yours,

Mary

  • Hi Mary,

I'm a bit confused because I ran an SEM in JASP, in Output Options I checked Standardized residuals, and I'm getting something that looks like z-scores:

Is this not what you're looking for?
