Save plot as pptx WITHOUT the plot-dimensions being distorted upon opening in PowerPoint?
Are there options for saving a plot as a pptx file AND having the resulting plot-dimensions not be distorted upon opening the file in PowerPoint (or in LibreOffice)?
I've found that JASP images that are exported as PDFs or SVGs can have a complicated structure (various clipping-patterns and grouping patterns) that can make the post-export editing process a difficult one. On the other hand, exporting a plot as a pptx results in something that's easily editable in PowerPoint. The problem is, opening the pptx, the plot dimensions are severely distorted: A plot that was originally tall and narrow becomes short and wide in PowerPoint (or in LibreOffice Impress). The individual elements, such as round points, are fine, but the relationship among the elements is distorted. Is there a way to fix this?

Note that I've found something of a work-around for this problem. Instead of dealing with pptx, I can use JASP to save the figure as a PDF, and then use 'LibreOffice Draw' to open the PDF and edit it, in a way that's not too dissimilar to Microsoft PowerPoint. Still, this doesn't solve the problem of how to get JASP to export a PPTX and then have that PPTX be openable without distortion.
