[open] dotStim not working in 2.8.1

I finally made it to the forum 
I have been recently playing with dotStim class from psychopy. It worked perfectly in 2.8, but it does not work in 2.8.1. No error message is generated. I saw that dotStim was updated in the psychopy 1.80, but can't see what is causing this.

I just checked it, and you're right. There appears to be a problem with the
DotStimclass in recent versions of PsychoPy. I just filed an issue on this:Does this description (see issue) match your problem as well?
If it's important for your experiment, I would hold stay on 2.8.0 for now, which has an earlier version of PsychoPy. It's probably a trivial bug that will be fixed soon.
