  You'll probably want to take a look at forms, which allow you to present clickable images:

  If this is not what you have in mind, could you please be a bit more specific about what exactly you want to do, what you have so far, and why it doesn't work?

  Thanks for the custom-forms idea. Given the flexibily that I need, I am currently looking at inline scripts
