i would like to know how the values of parameters like dwell time, net dwell time and first fixation duration in reation to a 100ms time window understood

You will need to be a lot more specific if you want to get an answer. What kind of software are you using (SMI BeGaze?), what are you trying to do, what have you tried, and why doesn't this work as expected?
