[solved] self.experiment.set problem in OpenSesame 0.27~pre-3
Hi Sebastian.
My problem is that the same code, that works perfectly in Open Sesame 0.26, works well in the 0.27 pre-release 3, but the variables are not correctly logged in the .csv file. Specifically, Open Sesame:
- writes all the variable headers
- writes values for only one variable, putting them in the wrong column (the first one)
Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Andrea

Thanks for test-driving 0.27~pre3!
I tried it and you are right: It's a bug, presumably the result of the re-write to have the logger deal better with special characters. Consider it fixed for 0.27~pre4!

Perfect. Thanks.

Hi Andrea,
Btw, where you intending to test 0.27, or did you receive an automatic update through the cogsci.nl Ubuntu PPA?
If the last is the case, that wasn't supposed to happen. You can downgrade to 0.26 stable using the package here: http://files.cogsci.nl/software/opensesame/
I'll fix the PPA version soon. (And if you're not on Ubuntu, never mind!)
Cheers!

Hi Sebastian. No, I don't use Ubuntu, but Windows 7. On my system, I have both the 0.26 and the 0.27 pre-3. Both versions run from source, and usually I manually update the pre-release when I find changes in the github page.
I have found another problem in the pre-3 (at least in Windows 7). It's impossible to definitely delete the unused items. Simply, when I click, it doesn't work.
Indeed. Thanks, I fixed it!
