Decide Latin Square in a pseudo random sequence

Hi,
I'm managing the experiment with four stimuli lists. These lists will be assigned to the subject in a within-participant manipulation. In use of Latin Square, I created the codes to decide the unique sequence for every 16 subjects. Here is my idea and the codes. I wish my codes would help someone have the same need as mine. Might someone show the more parsimonious way than mine?
