View console and increase the number of decimals

Hello.
I have several questions:
1) How can I view the console or the R commands used for every operation y perform?
2) The result of an ANOVA test showa 0.000
How can I force Jasp to show more decimals or show that number in scientific notation?
3) How can I manipulate a variable?, for example recode it or create a new one as the double of the original?

Regards

  • Hi Juan,

I'm afraid the answer to 1, 2, and 3 is: you can't! (Although I believe the JASP developers are working on 3.)

If you want more control, then you could consider using R directly.

    Cheers,
    Sebastiaan

  • Correct. More specifically:
    (1) This is far away --it was always my intention to have this available, but programming limitations at the time JASP was designed made this too difficult. I pushed for it but there's only so much you can do. We will have it at some point.
    (2) More decimal numbers: this is on our agenda.
    (3) This will be possible in the next release.
    E.J.

  • OK, thank you.
In fact I use R but I wanted to find an easier alternative for my students.
