Hi team, I am running a Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA with one factor. I noticed new discrepancies between the 95% credible intervals in the Descriptive Table and the Descriptive Plot, as reported previously. From the current version of JASP, is …

Dear EJ, Thank you for your clarification. I will examine the papers you cited in detail. I agree with your suggestion to average the models! Johan

Dear EJ, Thank you for your thorough, clear and comprehensive answers to my questions. I appreciate your suggestions and help in the Bayesian field, Johan

Yes indeed, I posted a question in the forum GitHub.... Thanks Johan

Hello, Thank you for your time and your explanations. I'm going to follow your recommendations until the next update. Cheers, Johan

Hello, Have you solve the difference in table and credible interval for Bayesian ANOVA ? Or is there a solution to obtain the value of 95 credible intervals ? Thanks Johan

Thanks for your answer. Do you find a solution about this problem? I am interesting by this subject to report this interval. So if I understand the intervals are similars in frequentist and bayesian? Johan

An other example with one repeated measures factors : https://forum.cogsci.nl/uploads/500/6A5AEDLK4WUQ.png It seem that descriptive plot display the 75% credible intervals : https://forum.cogsci.nl/uploads/064/9FBVJUI4UK0G.png What do you think?

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a complete and accurate answer! It's been a great help to me in understanding the inner workings of JASP and the statistical analyses I carry out. The parallel between JASP and R is very clear now thanks…

Dear all, Thank you for your clear and precise answers. I've compared Baysian RM ANOVA to a frequentist mixed model as you suggest (in JASP), and the results still don't seem similar between the two methods (frequentist and bayesian). Thank you EJ…
