Thank you! I actually found a way to do it using only GUI using several levels of nested loops. It's messy and not as elegant, but when it comes to coding, I'm really challenged 😑.

Thank you Eduard! Is it possible to use pictures instead of text for the stimuli? The Stroop words are in Hebrew and the math problems requires pictures. I'm just not sure how to connect the file pool to the script. If there is a manual that explain…

Thanks EJ I reported there.

Thank you E.J I'll do it. just before I make an issue out of it, I wanted to make sure that it's not just me. Does it work for everyone else?

Genius! Thank you so much!!

Thanks Kri 😏

Thank you Sebastiaan! I ended up sending only the experiment file and asking people to install opensesame. Looking forward to the workshop to see how I can use osweb!
-
Thanks sebastiaan! Sorry for the very basic question: where do I write this in windows? The command prompt?
-
Thanks Sebastiaan! Unfortunately OSWeb is not an option for me yet. The second idea looks good! is there a tutorial that explains how to do it?

Thank you!

Thanks EJ!

Thanks! it helped!!

Thanks EJ!

Hi Sebastiaan Thanks for responding! Maybe I'm missing something, because in the sketchpad it seems that the coordinates depend on the object I tried to include, regardless of whether I defined uniform coordinates or not. More specifically, it seems…

Thanks! so I have a followup idea :) : adding grid lines to the sketchpad (invisible to subjects) marking the boarders of every 'zone', to ensure that stimuli in the different zones don't cross the zone's boarders.

Hi! Really enjoy using it! I wanted to suggest one improvement to the already amazing touch response: the ability to define margins. otherwise the calculations of the rows and columns start from the very edge. Thanks for all your work!

Thanks Jgoosen! it works great!
-
Hi Sebastiaan Thanks! that was it! and I'm so happy to hear that osweb is already working!!! :) :) :)

Hi Avi Thanks for your response. This is a great way to deal with Gibberish in the data analysis stage. I'll defiantly use it! My problem is that I still would not be able to present the stimuli words in Hebrew during the experiment (but I guess it…

Hi Eduard Thanks for the answer! Probably my wishful thinking :) Tali

Hi Sebatiaan Following your suggestion, I added the var to the logger. This gave me the var name but not the values So I added a logger to the beginning of the trial sequence, and now it works great! Thanks again, Tali (Image)

Thanks! I'll try this

Thanks for responding Eduard.... This is one of these times when I wish I had some computer science knowledge :/ What if I design a form by myself? can I use anything other than enter ?

and one more thing: I need the spacebar to be pressed when the target slide appears. Is there a way to define "run if spacebar is pressed"?

Thanks Roelf and Sebastian! So far I've been using a regular stereoscope too, but it's very limiting: it doesn't work if you have glasses, it's virtually impossible with children, it takes forever to calibrate and some adults you can't calibrate. I …

I just found a way (if anyone else needs to do the same): I installed an app called "Null Keyboard" (you don't see an icon or anything, just the name of that keyboard in the list of keyboards you have) I selected the null keyboard as defau…

Thank you!

Hi Sebastiaan It's already on Multiprocess

it does happen after I run the experiment for 3 or 4 times one after another
