Hi Sebastian, Yes, the issues I run into seem to follow a pattern. Thank you for getting back to me though and hopefully there's a fix! Best, Zach

Ah ok. Thank you for moving it!

Hi @elisa , It may have been inaccurate on my part in saying I import things directly onto the server. Thank you for your patience. I followed your directions and think I almost have it, but when I tried importing the edited version A, I got an err…

Hi @elisa , Sure, but how can I find the UUID of the local study? The UUID of the study on jatos is 0779fa80-327e-41e7-81bd-2ff0b102a864 Oh I may be editing the studies incorrectly since I haven't been exporting the study from jatos to make changes.…

Hi @lvanderlinden , I actually sorted it out! I'm not sure if there's a way around this but each time I mentioned the variables I wrote it as vars.cursor_x and vars.cursor_y. I also defined both variables as 0 at the beginning of the experiment Than…

Hi @elisa and @kri , Sorry this has gotten confusing. I'm trying to edit the UUID because I haven't been prompted to overwrite a study, but I need to make edits to existing studies. From your comments above my impression was that I needed to find an…

Hi @elisa , Sorry to revive this discussion yet another time. I've never been prompted to overwrite a study on Jatos before, and I've gone through a few rounds of edits with my Open Sesame experiment(s). How can I change the UUID so they match betw…

Hi, Sorry to revive this thread, but with the jatos.workerId mentioned in the HTML above, is there a way I can log this ID in the jatos data files? I'm not very familiar with HTML or Javascript. I'd appreciate any help! Zach

Hi @Daniel, Great, thank you! We got it to work on chrome and firefox. Zach

Hi Eduard, The audio doesn't work for one of my coworkers, so we tried adjusting the settings. For some reason the audio doesn't work on Safari, but it consistently works on chrome. Here are some screenshots of the error messages from Safari. Thanks…

Hi Eduard, This is for a web experiment using Jatos (maybe OSWeb is the wrong message board), but ultimately I'd like for participants to enter their subject IDs before beginning the experiment so our predetermined IDs are associated with their data…

I solved mine. In a previous post one of the developers mentioned a similar error had to do with file extensions (e.g. .wav, .jpeg) so I normalized all of my audio files to .wav and images to .png, which solved the issue

I've been running into the same exact issue the past couple days.
