Unable to Access OSWeb Task via JATOS Server

Hello,

I’m currently trying to access my task on OSWeb via the JATOS server, but since yesterday I’ve been getting this kind of message when I access the task through the JATOS link. Nothing happens when I click OK or Cancel; the only result is that the background turns black.

Could this be related to the issues that MindProbe/JATOS is currently experiencing?

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with Mindprobe currently. Not sure why you experience this.

Hi @Ayrton ,

As @kri says, there's nothing wrong with the server. The issue is not immediately obvious to me, but this is likely something to do with the specific experiment or the URL that is used to start it. The subject number prompt should not appear when an experiment is launched via a normal URL.
