If you disable the 'Automatically detect and log all variables' option, you can manually select which variables you want to have in your log file. See also:
Thanks. If i'll uncheck this and choose specific variables, after running the exp would it be possible to ask for another variable in case i will need it?
You mean whether you can retrieve variables that you have chosen not to log? No! Not logged means gone forever. That's why the select-all option is on by default.
If you want to have clean log files, you're probably better off by simply hiding all but a subset of columns in your spreadsheet software, or something along those lines. In other words, you have OpenSesame log everything, but you just ignore most of it during the analysis.
