[solved] Taking input other than keyboard response

edited January 2015 in OpenSesame

Hi,

I have been trying to play along with opensesame for my research and had some doubts. I was wondering if someone could help me figure out two questions.

I am trying to design an experiment where there is a single sequence of images that are shown. However the sequence will be different for each user depending upon the set (randomly chosen). From the video tutorials, I understand that the variable 'subject_nr' can be used for this. Am I correct ?

Secondly, the examples that I have seen take keyboard responses from the user when the image is shown. Is there any way to show a text box / radio button under the image if we have several options that the user can choose ? I have 10 options from which the user has to pick one. Is there any option for this ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

For anyone else wondering the same question, I figured this one out by creating a form base and adding image button in it.

Opensesame has proved to be entirely what I needed Sebastiaan ! I just have one major hiccup shared on another question due to which I am unable to proceed. If you can give some advice on how to fix the comments generation, I can take it from there.

    Thanks !
