OpenSesame Plug-in: Radboud Buttonbox plugin (Radboud, Nijmegen)

The Technical Support Group of the Radboud University Nijmegen developed a response buttonbox with extended features for measurement of reaction times, sound and voice, sending triggers and playing sounds.

To use this buttonbox in OpenSesame you can use this new plugin. It consists of an init item and three control items:

  1. send trigger, sending triggers to data acquisition systems like Biopac, Biosemi etc...
  2. get button response, use the box as a responsebox with timing precision of around 1 ms
  3. send control signal (BITSI extended), send signals to the box to control options like, calibration of sound detection, activating sound detection etc..

At the moment this plug-in is pretty much feature complete and is in beta stage.
