Music Teacher need help to create a very simple experiment

Hello,

For my youngs students (4-7 years old) I would love to make a simple experiment something like:

-They see and hear a note (one pic per note)
-Then They hear random tones and when they match the initial tone they just press the space bar. If they are correct they win a point.

Do you have any direction/tutorial that can help me to do this. I'm a total beginner I know nothing about how to use opensesame nor programming...

Any helps are welcome.

That's so cute! =:)

If I were you I would start with the beginner tutorial, and see how far you get. For example, showing a picture and a note together shouldn't be too hard after you've followed this tutorial.

Playing random tones and collecting a correct response after a matching tone is a bit more tricky (and probably requires a bit of scripting), so feel free to get back here once you're at that point.
