Icons Missing

Hi, I've been using OpenSesame on Mac for a month until recently, some of the icons on the Menubar, Main toolbar and Item Toolbar are missing. There are only Commonly Used icons left in the Item Toolbar.
I've tried:

• right click on the Icon Toolbar, check for Toolbar Items ;
• choosing legacy for the Back-end
• choosing Default in Preferances
• uninstall then reinstall OpenSesame
  But the icons are still missing. What could possibly be the problem?
