Issue with download and installation

Good evening,
I hope someone could help with my issue.

I have been trying to download and install OpenSesame as it is required for a university module, but I cannot seem to get the dowload to complete. I have attempted multiple times at home with no success and even tried other things such as disabling anti-virus software in the hope that it would resolve the issue however I still haven't had any success.

I'm trying to download it onto a HP Probook running Windows 10 through a PlusNet fibre internet connection. It seems okay streaming and downloading other things its just your site where I have run into issues.

Any help would definitely be appreciated.

Hi Jacob,

Can you be a bit more specific? What and how are you trying to download, and what exactly happens?
