Effect sizes (ANOVA or Linear Regression)
Dear experts,
I have run RM-ANOVA and linear regression models and have used the BFinc as evidence for the inclusion of a main effect or interaction term. It is my understanding that the BF reports evidence for the absence/presence of an effect but not for the effect size. If that is true, how do I report the effect size using the JASP output?

Hi Andrew,
Right now, you can't. In the future we aim to expand the output , as we have recently done for linear regression (up to 0.8.5., we only reported BFs; as of 0.8.6, we also have posterior distributions). Richard may now how you can use the BayesFactor package to accomplish what you need.
