I need help : Creating a subitizing experiment in an attentional blink condition

Hi, I m a student in cognitive psychology and new on opensesame.

I m using the "advanced tutorial" and my aim is to replace the current "T2 condition" by a subitizing test

In my experiment 1 to 5 point will be presented on specific position around the target letter.

I don't know how to create a subitizing experiment and how to include it on my attentional blink test

  • Hi Paul,

As a first step, I would walk through the tutorials to familiarize yourself with OpenSesame. Once you've done that you can try to implement the experiment yourself, and see how far you get. Of course you're always welcome to ask specific questions here if you get stuck. But right now you're just asking for other people to do your work for you!

Also, if you ask questions, make sure you provide sufficient information. For example, what should your subitizing experiment look like exactly?

    Cheers!
