error: numpy is missing

Hi,
I am trying to run experiment with Tobii pro X3 120 on windows 10 and it keep raise the error: The synth is not available, because numpy is missing.
although numpy exist in site-packages,
Is there any solution?

What happens if you enter the following into the debug window?

import numpy

That will probably result in an error message. Could you post that here?
