Presenting auditory stim with zero latency?

Hello,

I know there are several issues when presenting sounds when it comes to getting an acurate timing of presentation, that have to do with both the hardware and the drives. I was wondering if anyone here got a recommandation for a hardware/driver solution that would avoid some headaches?

I don't have any experience with them myself, but they seem worth checking out.
