Setting up a Feeling Thermometer

I'm new to OpenSesame and I've just started learning the software for my undergrad project. I'd like to add a Feeling Thermometer to my experiment. I image this would work by holding down a mouse button over a moving slider then releasing the mouse button to select the position on a 0 -100 scale that indicated feelings towards stimuli/concept etc.
Would this be achievable in OpenSesame? I also have limited experience with Python scripts. Other than editing a 3 point rating scale to a 5 point scale - so knowledge very limited.
Alternatively may actually be easier to ask participants to input their % rating of liking a stimuli/concept.
