Issue with experiment when exported to Jatos

Hello!

I have designed on experiment which requires the participants to press the 'spacebar' in a certain condition

It works fine on my computer but when I export the study to Jatos it wouldn't accept the spacebar as a response...

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Hi @Sana_2 ,

I would first very that you're running the latest version of OSWeb (under Menu → Tools → OSWeb), which at the time of writing is 1.3.8.2. If not, you can upgrade by running the following in the console (debug window):

!conda update -c cogsci -c conda-forge opensesame-extension-osweb -y

Yes, I'm using an older version (1.3.30)

I've been trying to update to the newest version but get the following error

I even tried drag and drop into the instillation folder but still couldn't update it...

P.s.

I hadn't seen your response earlier and designed another study but ran into a similar issue (details in Experiment's logic fails when exported as a Jatos study)

I'll continue trying to update
