blank page for OSweb on different laptop

Hi all!

i built a study with OpenSesame and it has been working great. However, now i wanted to run the study on a different laptop and for some reason OSWeb doesnt show the study but goes straight to a blank page. the study mainly consits of Java script and I didnt change anything. It is still working on the laptop where i buld it. It is version 4.0 on both laptops.

Any idea on how to fix this or what may be the problem is greatly appreciated!

Hi @schmer ,

Are you running the latest version of OSWeb on both laptops? (2.2.1.1 at the time of writing.) If not, then first perform the updates as suggested by the automatic updater; if updates are available, an update notification should appear sometime after starting OpenSesame.

If you are sure that you are running the latest versions of everything, then I would take a look at the browser console to see if there are any useful error messages, and then take it from there.

i found the error, the browser didnt support WebGL.
