• Can I just check, I had given variables permission to correlate, so when I put in latentfactor 1~~ latentfactor2 this should not change any of the fit indices or parameter estimates, I assume?

• It also gives other messages, can't seem to copy-paste some variables have no values (only missings) or no variance or: some categories of variables are empty... it also comments on the matri not being positive-deifnite, but with the old SPSS file…
