Ok, sorry, will do!
-
Hi EJ, is there any update? ;)
-
I am not giving up ;) Is there any news?
-
nope, but will do. thanks!
-
Any update?
-
Is a preprint available? ;)
-
I played around with SPSS a bit and compared the results. It seems to me that the extraction method is principle axis factoring (PAF). Could this be true?
-
Any update maybe? No worries if not!
-
Thank you for your support, EJ! I am looking forward to your response.

Want do you think of reporting the one-sided BF and the "two-sided" normal d? (of course, annotating that)
-
Hi EJ, thanks, I tried that out. I used median d for one-sided test median(chains[,4][chains[,4]>0]) for that. However, in some cases a really unrealistic high value for d is estimated. I attached an example here https://syncandshare.lrz.de/dl…

Thanks EJ!

If anyone is interested, Jeff Rouder answered: "I cannot justify interactions without corresponding main effects. Seems like a magical model otherwise. The argument is in http://pcl.missouri.edu/sites/default/files/Rouder.etal_.pbr_.2016.pdf &q…

The ANOVA conceptualized as a hierarchical linear mixed model where levels are clustered within factors following the approach of Rouder, Morey, Verhagen, Swagman, and Wagenmakers (2016). Here, the effects are shrinkage estimators (Efron & Morri…

I also posted this question on his twitter, without the image&data though. hope he responds. Thank you! :)

Thanks for the fast clarification, EJ. I have done the analysis with the BF package as well, using whichModels="all" (VP = participant as random factor): (Image) Is model [3] here an interaction only model? Independent of my data, would…

Thanks for the fast reply, EJ!
-
alright, thank you very much for the support!
-
Trying to make sense here...it's a measure of the quality of the MCMC process? How much the BF varies between different chains? Seems to me that it is not absolutely necessary to report it?!
-
Thank you very much. If you need help for an eventual German translation, I am glad to help.

Thanks, that makes sense. What do you suggest to report? One more question: Where can I find the script that calculates the 95% credible intervals for the plots of the Bayesian t-test?
