Sound recording possible in OS web?

Hi,

I am completely new to Open Sesame, so maybe this question is a bit trivial. Due to the manual, OS web has a limited list of supported functionalities and sound recording was not listed. I was hoping to find a way to use this plug in also for online experiments...

Does anyone have some experience with that or know if it's possible?

Sound recording is not supported by OSWeb. You could take a look at this discussion, in which I also posted a link to the JavaScript API for recording sound.

Hi hb,

No, there is no sound-recording item that is supported in osweb. I am not sure whether this is at all possible with javascript (within the scope of osweb). This link suggests it can be done, but it probably requires quite a bit of work if you are not experienced with Opensesame or these types of things.
