Load csv file to populate loops no longer working - OSWeb 2.0
Hi everyone,
I was interested in populating a loop with a CSV file, but I can't make it work. I followed the documentation as well as this post from Fab:
https://forum.cogsci.nl/discussion/7413/demo-how-to-parse-a-csv-to-populate-a-loop-osweb-1-4
But, it didn't work with the most recent version of OpenSesame (4.0) and OSWeb (2.0.1). Someone also encountered a similar issue here, but did not provide their workaround.
I uploaded a minimal non working example with a Cannot read properties of undefined error. When inspecting the browser console, I noticed that there is no file embedded in the pool, even though it does appears in OpenSesame. Am I missing something?
If this is a bug, does anynone have an idea how to populate a loop with a csv file then?
Thanks,

Hi @Silk,
Thanks for reaching out about this issue. I had not been able to look ito it until recently and indeed there seems to be a probem with this feature. The developpng team is aware of this bug and I'm told that there will be a fix in an update soon (though I can't tell you when exactly). In the meantime, you could continue developping your task using a normal loop table for now, so that you can move on, and switch to a csv file once the update becomes available.
Best,
Fabrice.
